Building Surveys incorporate the Structural Engineer's Report and are a more in-depth appraisal of the property.

Building Surveys include an assessment of the following, in addition to the structural aspects:
  • Roof coverings, flashings, rainwater goods, fascias, soffits, chimneys, etc.
  • Exterior joinery, door and window frames
  • Finishes and decorative condition
  • Dampness and timber infestation
  • Electrical, plumbing and heating installations (if required)
  • Drainage (if required) – manhole covers are lifted where possible
At Alex Rosen Associates Ltd, we are flexible in our approach and can tailor our reports to suit individual requirements. For example, we can provide advice on planned extensions or alterations, or incorporate a “snagging” list for a new build dwelling.
